Pickup, custody and delivery of luggage
urvanBox has designed, together with the Rafa Nadal Academy, a tailor-made service aimed at students who will attend the center next year and who must vacate the room they have occupied in the current year. A storage and custody service for suitcases and luggage (sports bags, boxes…) whose collection and delivery takes place at the Rafa Nadal Academy facilities.
Pickup
urvanBox will collect all the belongings that you have deposited at the reception of the Rafa Nadal Academy (from June 09 to June 13). Each player must identify their suitcase with the name and number of packages.
Custody
urvanBox will transfer all suitcases and luggage to its custody facilities in Mallorca. There they will be located in a room with restricted access, within a space that has closed circuit video surveillance and interior and perimeter alarms.
Delivery
urvanBox, on the scheduled date (September 1), or when you request it (additional service), will extract your belongings from the dedicated room and transfer them to the Rafa Nadal Academy, at whose reception they will be delivered to you.
How to contract the service?
Access the store
Access the store and select the number of packages in the Standard Summer Pack. You can select additional services, such as luggage custody for one more week or luggage delivery on specific dates. Make the payment online.
Deliver your suitcases and/or packages
Deliver your suitcases and/or packages at the Rafa Nadal Academy reception.
Pay online
Your luggage stored with maximum security and care
Leave your luggage at the Rafa Nadal Academy reception between 06/09 and 06/13 (remember to tell us the date at checkout). We will keep the luggage until September 1 (if you need to keep it for a longer time, add it to additional services).

When will I be able to leave the luggage for it to be stored?
You can leave your luggage from June 09 to June 13. Please, at the time of checkout, indicate the exact day in observations.
When is the luggage delivery?
Baggage delivery will take place on September 1. In the event that you want the luggage to be delivered on other dates, you can do so by adding the adapted delivery (if it is after the delivery date of the Standard Service, additional service of «Custody for an additional week» will have to be added to. The price of this service is €16.05 per week)
Can I store my luggage for longer?
Yes, you can store your luggage for a longer time. The price per week is €16.05.
Is it necessary to identify my suitcases or bags when I leave them at the Rafa Nadal Academy?
